Terms and conditions

1.    ICT, s.r.o., with registered seat at Bebravská 9, 821 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic is the operator of the information portals with online labour market in the internet, creating the network of career portals (hereinafter referred to as the “member page” or “member page of the operator´s career portal network”) or any other future members acceding to the career portal network and partner portals.


1.   The Agreement on Provision of Service under these commercial terms and conditions is concluded at the moment when the operator:
   
    a.)    confirms the order in writing or by e-mail
    b.)    publishes the ordered advertisement
    c.)    makes available the databases of CVs for use.
    d.)    confirms the registration in writing or by e-mail.

2.    The advertisement shall be published or any other ordered services shall be provided at the moment to be agreed with the customer. Unless the time of beginning of provision of the services is agreed, then the service shall be provided at the moment of execution of the agreement.

3.    Registration of the customer´s company, the information published by the customer, and the services may further be available in portals in the career portal network.

4.   The information published by the customer, as e.g. the advertisements, job offers, articles, etc. may further be published in the partner portals.

5.    The customer shall pay the price for the provided services according to the applicable pricelist, and the given service shall be provided in all portals for a flat price representing the aggregate price for all member portals in the career portal network.

6.    The operator reserves the right to refuse registration, even without a reason.

7.    For the term of this agreement, the operator shall be authorized to use, in his presentations, references to the Partner´s – customer´s business company, logo, products, and references, by presenting the partner as its business partner.


1.    The operator provides the following services:

    a.)    Publishing job offers
    b.)    Access to the CV database
    c.)    Publishing of advertising banners
    d.)    Publishing of the company´s logo in the TOP partners section
    e.)    Emphasizing the job offers
    f.)    Packages of services created from the services set forth in paragraphs (a.) to (e.) above.

2.    The service may be ordered in either of the following ways:

    a.)    by a written order sent by e-mail, telefax or letter
    b.)    by phone
    c.)    by completing the form published on the member page of the operator´s career portals network or in the partner portals, and confirming the order by the customer

3.    The order is confirmed by the operator by e-mail, together with the relevant advance invoice for payment. The invoice shall be due and payable within 14 days of the date of issue of the advance invoice.

4.    The ordered service shall not be available before payment of the relevant advance invoice to the operator´s account. If and when the customer´s payment discipline is proved, the ordered service may be made available and the payments conditions may be agreed on individual basis under an agreement between the operator and the customer.

5.    The order shall contain also a list of ordered services and the information about the customer, given in the order form on the member page of the operator´s career portals.

6.    The service operator reserves the right not to publish any job offer or advertising banner, even without a reason, if it is contrary to the laws of the Slovak Republic or might lead to jeopardy or disturbance of the public order or morals or would be otherwise contrary to the operator´s justified interests.

7.     By placing the order, the customer agrees with publication of its information by the operator, if required by the character of the given service.


1.    The contents of the published text or graphic models, whether in the advertisements or advertising banner falls under the customer´s exclusive liability.

2.    If the models provided by the customers contain any used trademarks, the customer shall grant to the operator, by execution of the agreement, the right to use the given trademarks. The customer warrants that it is authorized to grant a permission to use the given trademarks.


1.    The price for the provided services is determined according to the pricelist applicable on the dater of ordering the service. The volume discounts are provided on individual basis, based on the volume of the provided services. The prices in the pricelist are given excluding the applicable VAT.

2.    The first day of providing the service shall be considered as the date of deliver of the given service. Upon payment of the advance invoice, the operator shall issue a proper tax document, i.e. the Invoice and shall send it to the customer in the statutory period.

3.    In the event of any late payment, the operator shall be authorized to charge to the customer, for each day of delay, a penalty in the rate of 0.05 % of the outstanding amount. In the event the customer fails to pay the invoice, the operator reserves the right to suspend provision of the service.


1.    In the event of any error in the operator´s online system, the customer shall have the right to apply a complaint.

2.    The error means any failure of the online system, longer then 24 hours during the aggregate of 30 days.

3.    The period for applying the complaint shall expire 14 days of the date when the customer found or may have found the error.

4.    As a compensation for the error, the period of provision of the service may be extended by the period of duration of the error or by providing a discount by a credit note.


1.    The customer and the operator undertake to keep confidential all information and data acquired in connection with execution and performance of this agreement, further the information representing the contents thereof, and which shall be provided or which shall otherwise arise from performance thereof.

2.    The agreements shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

3.    In the even any dispute arises in connection with performance of the agreement, and it shall not be resolved between the parties by mutual agreement, the District Court Bratislava I, Slovak Republic, shall have jurisdiction.

4.    Provision of any service by the operator or confirmation of any act in the operator´s portals is always subject to acceptance of the currently applicable General Commercial Terms and Conditions. If the customer decides not to accept them, he shall not be authorized to use the given service or act; this shall be without prejudice to any formerly used services and acts.

5.    The General Commercial Terms and Conditions are valid until the date of publication and validity of new General Commercial Terms and Conditions. The operator shall publish the new General Commercial Terms and Conditions or the new Pricelist of provided service no later than 1 business day before the effective date thereof.

6.    The base for english language version of General Commercial Terms and Conditions is the origin of General Commercial Terms and Conditions written in slovak language.

7.    These General Commercial Terms and Conditions shall be valid from March 5, 2008.
